The most important step in taking care of your facial skin is to remove your makeup! Make sure you do it every night so the skin can breath. I use Garnier Clean Sensitive wipes. My suggestion is to remove makeup gently without rubbing your skin and creating more wrinkles. Always wash your face with warm tap water, after using makeup remover. You can also take your fingers and gently massage your face for about 10 min. After this, moisture your face! After all, my little secret is that I like to sleep when the air in the room is cooler. The cool air really does benefit my skin. | Cel mai important lucru de retinut in ingrijirea fetei tale este de a te demachia pentru a elimina toate impuritatile! Asigura-te ca faci asta in fiecare seara incat pielea fetei sa respire. Eu folosesc servetele demachiante Garnier Clean Sensitive. Elimina machajul usor fara a freca pielea. Dupa indepartarea machiajului se recomanda spalarea fetei cu apa calda pentru indepartarea completa atat a makeup-ului, cat si a demachiantului. Urmatoarea etapa ar fi masajul fetei cu varfurile degetelor pentru cel putin 10 min. Dupa toate acestea aplica crema hidratanta. Micul meu secret este ca in camera unde dorm aerul este mai rece... aerul rece ajuta la sustinerea fermitatii pielii. |
The Magical Ice! Every morning I use an ice cube and cold water to wash my face to refresh my skin and to keep it smooth and fresh all day. Try this little secret and you will feel the difference. I use Neutrogena Health Defense daily moisturizer with sunscreen SPF 50. Sunscreen is your best defense against skin cancer. If that's not enough motivation, know that broad spectrum sunscreen protects against UVA rays that can cause wrinkles. Just be sure to use sunscreen (or moisturizer) with a minimum 30 SPF every day! Drink plenty of fluids! | Toata magia este in gheata! In fiecare dimineata dupa ce ma spal cu apa rece pe fata folosesc cuburi de gheata pentru a improspata si a pastra fermitatea pielii fetei pe parcursul zilei. Eu folosesc Neutrogena Health Defense crema hidratanta de zi cu protectie solara SPF 50. Protectie solara este cea mai buna aparare impotriva cancerului de piele. Dacă aceata nu este o motivație suficienta, este bine de stiu că protectie solara cu spectru larg protejează împotriva razelor UVA, care pot cauza riduri. Doar asigura-te că pentru utilizezi crema de protectie solara cu un SPF 30 în fiecare zi! Consuma cat mai multa apa! |
REFRESHING CUCUMBER & YOGURT MASK
Puree 1/3 of a cucumber and 1 tablespoon of yogurt in a blender. Apply it on a clean face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Follow up with a moisturizer.
HONEY & YOGURT MASK
Mix together 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt. If your skin is oily, add a few drops of lemon juice. Leave it on for 10 – 15 minutes and then wash off with warm, then cold water. Follow up with a moisturizer.
HONEY & SALT SCRUB
Mix together 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sea salt and few drops of coconut or olive oil. Gently massage on your skin and leave on for 10 minutes and then wash off with warm, then cold water. You will be amazed how great your skin looks and feels. Follow up with a moisturizer.
TURMERIC HONEY GLOWER
Mix together 2 tablespoons Gram flour (also called chickpea flour or besan). If unavailable then use oatmeal flour, and 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric. Slowly add some milk and honey until you have a paste that is not runny. Apply to clean face and neck and leave on for 10 – 15 minutes. Wash off with warm then cold water. Your skin should have a clear, nice glow.
